ClearView Advanced Skincare Treatments Giveaway

Contest Period: The contest begins on September 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the “Contest Period”).

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of ClearView SkinCare, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and households, are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ClearView SkinCare, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. How to Enter

To enter the contest, visit cvskin.ca/win and complete the online entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and any other required information.

Unlimited Entries: Participants may submit unlimited entries during the Contest Period. Each entry form submission will count as one (1) entry into the contest.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on October 20, 2026 to be eligible.

3. Prizes

Four (4) prizes will be awarded as follows:

• Grand Prize (1): $2,000 CAD in luxury skincare treatments at ClearView SkinCare
• First Prize (1): $1,000 CAD in luxury skincare treatments at ClearView SkinCare
• Second Prize (1): $500 CAD in luxury skincare treatments at ClearView SkinCare
• Third Prize (1): $250 CAD in luxury skincare treatments at ClearView SkinCare

Prize Details:

• Prizes are awarded as treatment credits redeemable exclusively at ClearView SkinCare
• Prizes have no cash surrender value and cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted
• Prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement date
• Treatments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prize value
• ClearView SkinCare reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Draw Date: Four (4) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on or about October 22, 2026.

Selected entrants will be contacted via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw date. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. If a selected entrant does not respond within this timeframe, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with these Official Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing ClearView SkinCare from any liability related to the contest or prize.

5. General Conditions

By entering this contest, participants:

• Agree to receive email communications from ClearView SkinCare regarding the contest and promotional offers (participants may unsubscribe at any time)
• Release and hold harmless ClearView SkinCare, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize
• Consent to the use of their name, photograph, voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law

ClearView SkinCare reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ClearView SkinCare’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by ClearView SkinCare in its sole discretion.

ClearView SkinCare is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries
• Technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions or failures
• Interrupted or unavailable network connections
• Any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest

6. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will be handled in accordance with ClearView SkinCare’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for contest administration purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this contest, entrants agree that ClearView SkinCare, its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

8. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this contest shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants understand that they are providing information to ClearView SkinCare and not to Facebook.
